Player Biography
Midfielder Jamie Allen joined the Skyblues in August 2019, from then League One rivals Burton Albion for an undisclosed fee. Despite suffering a tough first season due to injuries, he really impressed when it mattered as the club won the League One title in his debut campaign.
In the Championship, Allen has struggled with the physicality and at one stage, he was staring down the face of a permanent Skyblues exit, after being forced completely out of the picture. However, Allen's level of professionalism really stood out, and his impressive performances won over Mark Robins' and now he remains a firm member of the first team squad, featuring in every match so far this season.
