Player Biography
The Solihull Messi aka. Callum O'Hare originally joined the Skyblues on loan from Premier League side Aston Villa in July 2019. However, after playing a staring role in the clubs League One title winning side, O'Hare completed a dream return just a few weeks later, when he was let go by Villa following the expiry of his contract.
In his debut campaign, O'Hare had a tough season but did grab three goals, as well as earning nine assists in the process. Last season, O'Hare really took it up a notch, scoring five goals as well as earning eight assists. This included a brace against Sheffield United, where he put in one of the best ever individual performances in a Skyblues game. This season, O'Hare suffered a serious hamstring injury just two days before the season was due to begin and he was ruled out until 18th October, when he returned to U21s action against Burnley, a side that came close to signing him over the summer. On Boxing Day, O’Hare suffered an ACL injury against Sheffield United and is now ruled out for nine months.
