Player Biography
Centre-back Abel Alabi joined the Skyblues back in November 2021, on a free transfer from Irish Premiership side Waterford FC. The defender has previously experienced english football, as a member of the Southend United youth setup in his early career, before being released and moving to Ireland.
After making his U23s debut in January, Alabi made a handful of appearances for the clubs youth team last season, capturing the eyes of the staff associated with the club. He's maintained his place in the clubs U21s this season and will be hoping of capturing the attention of first-team boss Mark Robins.
